What about security of the building?

The Centres have fob entry to enable 24/7 access, plus monitored CCTV to common areas and entrances. Each suite is alarmed and linked to a central monitoring station.

Is the internet included?

All centres offer super-fast 1GB broadband and wireless connectivity. The link provides such large capacity that it can be shared between tenants and a consistently good experience will be enjoyed by all users.

What sizes of office are available?

We have offices ranging from 202 sq ft to 1500 sq ft, suitable for one person to 20 people. For companies needing more space than this, multiple adjoining office suites can be taken. Our easy in/out leases and network capability make it easy to move around the building as business needs change.

When can I move in?

There is an application process for potential new businesses to the centres. Application to lease completion can be achieved in 3 weeks. Our legal team will work with you to try to accommodate specific timescales. To request an application form please contact us.

What are the terms?

Many of our new tenants are business start ups and as such it is our aim to make the process as hassle free as possible. The leases are for three years but there are no tie-in periods, you can give one month notice at any time with no penalty. Rent is payable one month in advance.

Will I have a parking space?

At our Dunston and Tapton Centres there is no need for allocated spaces, parking is free to all tenants and visitors. There are over 100 spaces at each centre. With it's ideal Town Centre location the Enterprise Centre does not have it's own dedicated car park but Enterprise Chesterfield tenants can benefit from concessionary annual parking permits for the adjacent Saltergate multi storey car park.

What are the opening times?

The admin office is open from 8.30am-5.30pm weekdays but the building is accessible to tenants 24/7.

Can I bring my own furniture?

All office suites are unfurnished so you can bring your own furniture to suit.

What are the reception services?

We take great pride in our commitment to customer service at the Centres. Our small and friendly teams offer a professional service including answering telephones on your behalf, meeting and greeting visitors, photocopying, typing and arranging catering.
